Event Ticket Disclaimer
By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Admission Rights –
The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who does not comply with event rules or behaves in a disruptive manner.
By proceeding with the ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
No Refunds –
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or failure to attend the event.
Non-Transferable to Other Events –
Tickets purchased for this event cannot be transferred or exchanged for entry to any other event, regardless of date, location, or organizer.
Ticket Transfer –
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. The ticket holder must notify the event organizers in writing at least 30 days before the event on [email protected], providing the new attendee’s full name and contact details.
Event Changes –
The event organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event, including the schedule, speakers, or venue, without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
